Wir haben im Herbst 2018 ein Stadthaus in Volterra über Franceso Creatini von der Immobilienvermittlung "volterracasa.it" erworben . Die Vermittlung und Kauf verlief sehr , sehr schnell und unkompliziert . Den Vorvertrag habe ich von einer Rechtsanwältin prüfen lassen . Die Kanzlei bestätigte einen außergewöhnlich guten und präzisen Vertrag der Agentur . Es gab nur Kleinigkeiten der Kanzlei anzumerken , die dann die Agentur direkt mit der Kanzlei abgesprochen hat und der Vorvertrag entsprechend geändert wurde . Herr Creatini organisierte alles , wirklich alles , sehr , sehr zuverlässig , schnell und von höchster Qualität und ist jederzeit ansprechbar und man bekommt sofort eine Antwort . Auch nach dem Kauf unterstützt Herr Creatini in allen Belangen . Von der Besichtigung bis zum Notartermin , vergingen nur 6 Wochen und das sogar ohne in Italien sein zu müssen , außer der Anwesenheit zum endgültigen Notarvertrag . Fazit von uns : Wer über "volterracasa.it" von Francesco Creatini eine Immobilie erwirbt , bucht fast ein Paket ohne Sorgen . C’est un peu par hasard que je suis tombée sur volterracasa.it, en cherchant un appartement du côté de Volterra. My husband and I were interested to buy a property somewhere in Tuscany. Francesco’s website was very easy to use, and as soon as we spoke to him we knew we had found the right agency.
